These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CanCG ("Service"), a product of DeployPoint.ai ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at cancg.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CanCG is a workflow automation tool that monitors a Google Drive spreadsheet you specify, sends reminder emails to contacts on your behalf via your Gmail account, and uses AI to classify replies and parse uploaded schedules.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for the content of any emails sent using the Service and for ensuring you have the right to contact recipients.
If you connect your Google account, you grant us permission to access Gmail and Google Drive only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.
The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to power features such as reply classification, schedule parsing, email translation, and the in-app co-pilot. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.
The Service may be offered free of charge or under a paid plan. Pricing, if any, will be displayed before you subscribe. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove paid features with reasonable notice.
The Service, including all software, design, logos, and content (excluding user-provided data), is the property of DeployPoint.ai. You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing info@deploypoint.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to comply with applicable law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated output will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployPoint.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) or (b) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeployPoint.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including anti-spam law).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any disputes arising under these Terms.
